I was very happy when my tray arrived. It was exactly what I was looking for. But I noticed some abrasions and damage in the rubber. Since it was my first tray, I didn’t know if this was normal and I wrote to customer service. The owner replied directly, explained no it wasn’t normal, and sent me a complimentary replacement.
